1. Our approach
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. We never store, reconstruct, or log your private keys or recovery phrase, and we never store your full card number. Sensitive material stays with the providers built to hold it.
2. Data we process
To operate the service we process account details such as your email and region, and transaction metadata needed to display balances and history. Identity verification data is collected and held by our licensed partners, not by TruePay.
3. Partners and sharing
We share only the data required for our partners to provide onramp, card, and compliance services, and only with partners licensed in your region. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting our support team from within the app.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
