1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the TruePay application and website. By creating a wallet or using any TruePay feature, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Non-custodial service
TruePay provides non-custodial wallet software. You control your private keys, which are generated and held in secure hardware on your device. We cannot access your keys, move your assets without your authorisation, or recover your wallet if you lose your recovery method. You are responsible for keeping your recovery method safe.
3. Partner services
Funding, swaps, card issuing, and compliance screening are provided by licensed third-party partners. Their own terms apply to those services in addition to these terms. The features available to you depend on your region of residence.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use TruePay only for lawful purposes and to complete any identity checks required by our partners. We may suspend access where required by law or where activity is flagged by compliance screening.
5. Risk and disclaimers
Crypto assets are volatile and their value can go down as well as up. The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice.
